help you and your students on your meditation journey.
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Location: Base of the spine
Color: Red
Element: Earth
Focus: Stability, security, grounding
Meditation Themes: Safety, trust, survival
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
Location: Lower abdomen, below the navel
Color: Orange
Element: Water
Focus: Creativity, passion, emotions
Meditation Themes: Sensuality, emotions, pleasure
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
Location: Upper abdomen, near the diaphragm
Color: Yellow
Element: Fire
Focus: Confidence, personal power, self-esteem

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)
Location: Center of the chest
