  • Feel the stability and support of the earth beneath you as you breathe deeply and center yourself.

3. Start at the Root Chakra (Muladhara)

  • Location: Base of the spine (tailbone area).
  • Color: Red.
  • Element: Earth.
  • Affirmation: “I am grounded, safe, and secure.”
  • Visualize a red glowing light at the base of your spine. Imagine this red light growing brighter and spinning in a clockwise direction, energizing and balancing the root chakra.
  • As you breathe in, imagine this red energy filling you with a sense of stability, safety, and connection to the earth. Exhale any feelings of insecurity or fear.

4. Move to the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

  • Location: Just below the navel (lower abdomen).
  • Color: Orange.
  • Element: Water.
  • Affirmation: “I embrace my creativity, passion, and pleasure.”
  • Visualize an orange glowing light in your lower abdomen. Allow this orange light to spin and radiate energy, bringing balance to your emotional and creative self.
  • As you inhale, feel the orange energy fill you with creativity, joy, and vitality. Exhale any feelings of guilt or emotional blockages.

10. Harmonize the Energy Flow

  • Once you have visualized and activated each chakra, take a few moments to imagine the energy from each chakra flowing smoothly and harmoniously from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
  • Picture each chakra spinning in alignment, with energy flowing freely throughout your body.
  • If you notice any blockages or areas that feel unbalanced, focus on that area and gently encourage the energy to flow smoothly and effortlessly.

11. Close the Meditation

  • Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your breath and the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and gently open your eyes.
  • Take a deep breath in and out, feeling a sense of balance, peace, and alignment throughout your entire being.
